Thank you for choosing 68M Hospitality Services private Limited  for your travel arrangements. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation policy as clear as possible. Please review the following terms:

1. Customer Cancellations:

Domestic Travel:

•More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the amount paid, minus a processing fee.

•15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost of the package.

•7 to 15 days before departure: 25% refund of the total cost of the package.

•Within 7 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.

International Travel:

•30 to 60 days before departure: 75% refund of the total cost of the package.

•15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost of the package.

•Within 15 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.

2. Company Cancellations:

Insufficient bookings:

        If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will inform you at least [number] days before departure and offer a full refund or alternative travel options.

Unforeseen circumstances:

        In case of cancellations due to unforeseen factors (e.g., natural disasters, political issues), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date or package.

3. Airline Cancellations:

Cancellations related to airline tickets will be refunded according to the respective airline’s policies. Please note that additional booking service charges may apply.

4. Booking Modifications:

Changes can be made up to 60 days before departure for international & 30 days before departure for domestic, subject to availability and possible change fees. Requests within 60 days (international) & 30 days (domestic) of departure may incur higher fees or may not be accommodated.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the cancellation notice and issued via the original payment method. Please allow additional time for bank processing.

6. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or issues with your travel plans.
